The top normally shows the frame rate along with options of different flash modes, picture capturing mode, program mode and camera settings. The left of the screen shows options for zoom, color balance, focus mode, light metering mode and sensor sensitivity mode. The bottom of the screen provides options of camera switching, picture capturing and video switching along with information of your battery status.

The unusual thing about the app is that it does not offer any tutorial to introduce you to its various features. Anybody who already doesn't know about cameras and frame rates and sensitivities etc. would find it very difficult to adjust the camera settings appropriately for different occasions. However, if you read about them online then you would be able to make use of the camera app better.

The camera app offers a wide variety of options. The white balance offers selection of the conditions in which the picture is to be taken so that the camera can be adjusted accordingly. You can choose between natural and electronic lighting and cloudy conditions and with each selection, the color scheme would be adjusted by the app. Similarly, the focus mode provides different focus options including a facial search option in which the app would focus on human faces. You can also choose a pointer focus in which you would have to point out the section that you want the camera to focus on. The app's shooting utilities are also very useful. The options include a tap option which allows you to tap anywhere on the screen and the app would take a picture. This mode is perfect for selfies where reaching the camera button is difficult. You can also take multiple pictures through the burst mode while there is also a timer option that is great if you want to set the camera at a certain location and want it to capture a photo after a certain time. There is also a intervalometer which would continue to take pictures after certain intervals and you can decide on the number of pictures to be taken after every interval.
